Walter Kieckhefer first entered the Arizona real estate market in 1988 with the acquisition of Tempe Commerce Center after twenty plus years of developing in Northern California. The Kieckhefer Properties office remains in Tempe Commerce Center to this day and the approach of long-term, relationship driven ownership remains as well.
Kieckhefer Properties has grown to own and directly manage almost 700,000 square feet of office and industrial property throughout the Southeast Valley. With on-site management and maintenance crews, our tenants enjoy the assurance that repairs are quickly attended to and the properties are kept to a standard above and beyond the competition.
